These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by JAC Electrical Services (UK) Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
We design, install, and maintain electrical systems, commercial catering equipment, solar energy solutions, EV charging infrastructure, and fire & security systems. Our expertise spans sectors including education, healthcare, industrial facilities, and catering businesses.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to engage our services. Where accounts or credentials are issued, you are responsible for safeguarding access and for all activity conducted under your account.
All services are governed by a proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Any changes to the agreed scope, timeline, or fees must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Such changes may affect project timelines and associated costs.

Our services must not be used for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes. Misuse of our services may result in immediate termination of the agreement.
We may integrate or recommend third-party products or services (e.g., equipment suppliers, software platforms). These providers are responsible for their offerings and terms. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting their terms and for any associated fees. We are not liable for their actions or omissions.
Both parties agree to keep each other’s non-public information confidential and use it solely for the purposes of performing under the SOW. Exceptions include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. If we act as a data processor, a Data Processing Addendum may apply. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection requirements for your users.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any third-party claims arising from materials you provide, your unlawful use of our services, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our breach.

These Terms and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, though either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, or our operations. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
